Updated Returns and Exchange Policy is effective 1 June 2016. 


To return any* item, simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)** number using the Order Lookup form below and follow the prompts.  You will need

  • order number
  • email associated with the order

Once your RMA request has been approved, we will provided an RMA number via email within one business day.  Please be sure to include this number on your packaging.

We require that all returns be sent USPS. We no longer accept returns via UPS, FedEx or any carrier other than USPS.  Please be aware, any packages sent via these carriers to our PO Box will be returned to you.

Plum Practicewear will not be held responsible for packages not received that were sent via carrier other than USPS . Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We strongly suggest that returns are sent via a USPS service that is traceable. 

Plum Practicewear will not be held responsible for packages not received if no tracking information is available.

*Items that have been customized (ie. bling, special order, etc) are not returnable. These items are marked as such on the product page.  
*Items purchased from a proshop are not returnable to Plum Practicewear unless due  to manufacturer defect.  Proof of purchase must be provided.
**Please Note: Any item returned without an RMA can take up to 10 business days to process and will only be returned for store credit.

Refund Policy

Products returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded the purchase price. Plum will issue refunds within 2 business days after receiving the item to the credit/debit/gift card used at time of original purchase. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Credit Policy
All products returned between 31 - 90 days after purchase, will be issued an eGiftCard for the amount of original purchase within 2 business days after receiving the item . Shipping costs will not be included in the credit.



If you wish to exchange for size or style, please return the item to us for a refund/credit and place a new order on plumpracticewear.com to ensure you get the style and size needed.

Replacement Policy

We will accept returns due to manufacturer defect or Plum error within 90 days of the purchase date only. A replacement item will be sent within 2 days of Plum receiving the return of the damaged/incorrect item.
