2023 HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Plum requires 1-2 business days to process an order for shipping. Including those with overnight and 2-day expediting shipping.

Plum strives to ensure every order is picked accurately and packed to withstand normal handling by the carriers we use. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to you, with link to track its progress.

PLUM PRACTICEWEAR SHIPS WORLDWIDE

We provide you with multiple shipping options to meet your needs.

Plum requires 1-2 business days to process order for shipping. Including those with overnight and expedited shipping.

  • Most orders are shipped the next business day after the order is placed.
  • In times of emergency, inclement weather or unusually high demand (eg. collection launches, holidays, etc.) we may require up to 3 days to process an order for shipping.

Orders placed on PlumPracticewer.com are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use.

     Domestic (Contiguous U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska)

    • Cost: Shipping options and prices are based on the weight of your order.
    • Delivery: To calculate your estimated delivery date, add two days to the shipping timelines listed below to allow us time to process and pack your order.

    Plum is not responsible for:

        • loss of packages that are reported as delivered via any carrier.
          • If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier and you are unable to locate it, Plum may reship the order once, or provide you with Plum Credit in the form of an eGiftCard. Please contact us at info@plumpracticewear.com 
        • delays when using shipping options not guaranteed by the carrier
          • USPS guarantees delivery of Priority Mail Express ONLY.
          • FedEx guarantees delivery of Overnight ONLY.
        • lost or missing packages if left by FedEx due to customer signature waiver.

      International

      Please note that we cannot guarantee International delivery dates due to the varying customs processes in destination countries.

       

          • Cost: Shipping options and prices are based on the weight of your order.
          • Delivery: To calculate your estimated delivery date, add two days to the shipping timelines to allow us time to process and pack your order.

      Depending on your location, you will be offered one or more of the following services:

          • United States Postal Service (USPS) - First Class International Mail: 7-21 business days estimated (packages weighing <4 lbs. only; service not guaranteed by carrier.)
          • FedEx Express International Priority – provides the fastest international service possible at rates often comparable to USPS. Rates and timing vary by location and will be calculated at checkout
          • FedEx Express International Economy – Similar to FedEx International Priority - generally 1 to 2 days additional travel time

       Currency, VAT and Sales Tax

          • All listed prices are expressed in the currency indicated on the site's shopping pages and do not include applicable sales taxes, Value Added Taxes (VAT), import or export duties, or other similar charges of any sort except as may be specifically indicated on the applicable shopping page.

      Customs Duties and Taxes

          • For select countries, Plum offers the opportunity to prepay estimated customs charges and taxes.  If this option is not selected, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for ensuring the purchase is in compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend that customers contact their local customs office for more information.
          • Packages shipped outside of the US may incur additional import taxes, customs duties or other fees and tariffs, depending on the regulations of and imposed by the destination country. For select countries, Plum offers the opportunity to prepay the estimated customs charges and taxes at checkout.  If this option is not selected, Plum has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Delivery will depend upon the recipient’s prompt payment of these fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
          • If any recipient refuses to pay any import taxes, customs duties or fees that are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country, the order may be returned to Plum. If received, Plum will credit the buyer for the original purchase price, less shipping to and from the destination country, along with any customs fees that Plum incurs while processing the shipment. If the order is not returned to Plum, there will be no credit or refund.

        GENERAL INFORMATION
            • Free Shipping Promotions: We may, on occasion, offer Free Shipping promotions.
              • If Free USPS Shipping is selected at checkout, Plum will, at its discretion, choose the most economical carrier and shipping speed for your order.
              • Customers can decline the Free Shipping and choose another carrier or faster shipping speed at additional cost.
            • Shipping Cost Estimates: Shipping costs can be estimated before the final check out in our shop.
              • The estimator considers the amount of goods and weight you have in your cart.
              • At the final check out, freight costs will be finalized based on the destination zip code and shipping option chosen.
            • Tracking a Package: Once the order has been processed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the tracking information for your package.

        BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS

        All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

            • New Year's Day
            • Memorial Day
            • Independence Day
            • Labor Day
            • Thanksgiving
            • Christmas Day

        TRACKING YOUR ORDER

        Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details, a tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site. To track your order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.  Customers who have registered an account on PlumPracticewear.com can also track orders by logging in to their account dashboard on the site.
