• Plum requires 1-2 business days to process an order for shipping. Including those with overnight and 2-day expediting shipping.
• Delivery time estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Plum is not responsible for the loss of packages that are reported as delivered via any carrier; delays when using shipping options not guaranteed by the carrier; or lost or missing packages if left by FedEx due to customer signature waiver.
• All Mystery Collection items are Final Sale items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
• Custom, Made to Specification and PreOrder items are Final Sale items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
• Items marked Final Sale and/or No Return/exchange cannot be returned or exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

• Plum cannot guarantee International delivery dates due to the varying customs processes in destination countries.
• RETURNS: Plum will accept returns based on the criteria above. The customer is responsible for return shipping and customs charges. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges to our international customers at this time.
• Packages shipped outside of the US may incur additional import taxes, customs duties or other fees and tariffs, depending on the regulations of and imposed by the destination country.
• For select countries, Plum offers the opportunity to prepay the estimated customs charges and taxes at checkout. If this option is not selected, Plum has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Delivery will depend upon the recipient’s prompt payment of these fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
