Carriers Closed for the New Year Holiday
Many carriers will be observing a holiday over this weekend including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday, 12/30/16 will not be processed until Tuesday, 1/3/17


We provide you with multiple shipping options to meet your needs. When choosing a shipping option, please keep in mind that we require up to 3 business days to process all orders for shipping.

Domestic Shipping Options

United States Postal Service (USPS)
Priority Express: Overnight Guarantee
Priority Mail: 1-3 day delivery
First Class Mail: 2-3 day delivery (for packages weighing >15.999 oz. only)

Please Note: USPS only guarantees delivery for Priority Express.
All other delivery options (2-day priority, etc) are USPS estimates for how long a package should take a package to get through the postal system.  

Plum Practicewear will not be held responsible for USPS delays of shipping options not guaranteed by USPS.

FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 day delivery
FedEx 2 Day: 2 day delivery
FedEx Express Saver: 3 day delivery

*Plum Practicewear will not be held responsible for lost or missing packages if left by FedEx due to customer signature waiver.

International Shipping Options

United States Postal Service (USPS)
Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days
Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
First Class International Mail: 7-21 business days (for packages weighing >15.999 oz. only)

Please Note: Priority Mail Express International is the only shipping option that USPS will track outside the United States.

Plum Practicewear will not be held responsible for packages that can not be tracked outside of the US. 

Some packages going to the United Kingdom may incur additional customs charge. This may include an £8 Royal Mail handling fee.

FedEx International Priority: 2 business days
FedEx International Economy: 4 business days

Shipping Cost Estimates

Shipping costs can be estimated before the final check out in our shop. The estimator considers the amount of goods and weight you have in your cart. At the final check out, freight costs will be finalized based on the destination zip code and shipping option chosen.

Tracking a Package

Once the order has been processed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the tracking information for your package.
