If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Plum Practicewear will accept customer returns within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Product(s) are stock items (ie. special order or customized items*)

  • Product(s) are not clearance items, marked 'Final Sale' and/or 'No Return or Exchange"

  • Product(s) were purchased directly from PlumPracticewear.com.

  • Product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in their original position and condition.

* Special orders/Customized Items are made to the customer's specifications and cannot be returned except for a manufacturer defect. This includes commissioned pre-orders and stock items ordered with customizations (ie. bling, embroidery, etc.)

If returns do not meet these criteria,
Plum Practicewear will not accept the return.

To make a return or initiate an exchange, please visit our Returns Center and simply enter the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping address zip code to initiate the return.
