Plum Practicewear ships worldwide. We provide multiple shipping options to meet your needs.
Order Processing
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, including overnight and expedited shipments.
- Most orders leave our facility the next business day after they are placed.
- During emergencies, severe weather, or periods of unusually high demand (collection launches, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Orders placed on PlumPracticewear.com are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Use.
Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska)
- Cost: Shipping options and prices are calculated based on the weight of your order.
- Delivery: Add two days to the carrier timelines below to account for order processing and packing.
Plum is not responsible for:
- Packages reported as delivered by the carrier but not received. In these cases, Plum may reship once or issue store credit in the form of an eGiftCard. Contact us at info@plumpracticewear.com.

Carrier delays when using non-guaranteed services.
- USPS guarantees delivery only for Priority Mail Express.
- FedEx guarantees delivery only for Overnight.
- Lost or missing packages when FedEx leaves them due to a customer’s signature waiver.
International Shipping
We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders due to varying customs processes in destination countries.
- Cost: Rates are based on order weight.
- Delivery: Add two days to the carrier timelines for processing and packing.
Services offered (varies by location):
- USPS First Class International Mail: 7–21 business days estimated (under 4 lbs. only; not guaranteed).
- FedEx International Priority: Fastest option, often comparable in cost to USPS; calculated at checkout.
- FedEx International Economy: Typically 1–2 business days longer than Priority.
Currency, VAT, and Taxes
- All prices are listed in the currency shown on the site and do not include sales taxes, VAT, duties, or other charges unless otherwise noted.
Customs Duties and Taxes
- For select countries, Plum offers the option to prepay estimated customs charges and taxes at checkout.
- If not prepaid, the customer is the importer of record and responsible for compliance with all laws, fees, and duties in their country.
- Customs policies vary. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
- If a recipient refuses to pay required fees, the order may be returned. Plum will issue a refund for the product price only, less shipping to and from the destination and any fees incurred. If the order is not returned, no refund will be issued.

Free Shipping Promotions:
- If free USPS shipping is selected, Plum will choose the most economical carrier and service.
- Customers may opt out and select another carrier or speed at additional cost.

Shipping Cost Estimates:
- Costs can be estimated in the shopping cart before checkout, based on order weight and contents.
- Final costs are calculated at checkout based on destination zip code and selected shipping option.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Customers with a Plum account can also track orders by logging in to their account dashboard.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Packages do not ship on:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
